Area of application:
The following general terms are only valid for the business relations between RoAnS and the customer and govern any contract between both parties. Different terms and conditions will not be accepted by RoAnS, except if the company expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
Revocation and Obligation to return the Goods
If the customer is a consumer he/she may revoke his/her declaration to conclude a sales contract within a period of 14 days in textual form (e.g. by online return form, letter, E-Mail, facsimile) without stating a reason or by returning the goods. The term commences after the receipt of this revocation instruction in textual form, but not until the consumer has received the goods and either until the fulfilment of our duty to supply information according to break 246 sec. The timely despatch of the revocation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term. The revocation shall be addressed to:

In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued shall be released. If the consumer is unable to return the received goods either in total or in part or only in deteriorated condition, the consumer shall indemnify RoAnS for the loss in value, if applicable. This shall not apply in the event that the deterioration of the surrendered goods is due to the inspection of the goods – as it would have been possible in a shop. Your obligation to pay compensation for lost value due to the deterioration of the good by way of its designated use can be avoided by not using the good as if it was your property and by refraining from any action that might reduce the good´s value.
Goods capable of being sent by parcel will be on request of the consumer collected from him by RoAnS or shall be sent back by the consumer at the risk of RoAnS. The consumer shall bear the costs of the return shipment if the goods delivered are as ordered and the value of the returned product does not exceed £40,- or if in case of a higher value of the product the consumer has at the time of the revocation not performed the return service or the agreed partial payment. Otherwise RoAnS shall bear in case of a valid revocation the costs for the return shipment respectively the collection including transport insurance. Goods not capable of being sent by parcel will be collected from the consumer by RoAnS. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This time limit begins for the consumer with the despatch of the revocation or the goods and for RoAnS with the receipt of the goods.
An order can be placed either online on our web site, by e-mail, fax, writing a letter or phone. There is no minimum order value.
Payment, maturity, delay:
You pay prior to delivery by using PayPal,(do not need a PayPal account, credit card payment).
Possible Changes to Product:
The offered goods are hand made products and continuously being modified. Therefore, the pictures on our web site or in our catalogue may be slightly different from the actual item sent to you as these are unique hand made products.
All prices are in pounds and include applicable sales tax. The prices in our catalogues and in other advertisements of RoAnS are suggested prices and therefore not binding. The current price list is always valid. The offers are subject to change without notice.
Within the UK all goods will be delivered by the postal service. The postal charges are shown on our web site under “Shipping & Returns”. To receive delivery in countries in Europe other than United Kingdom, you will pay postal charges of at least Pounds 9,99 . For delivery outside of Europe the postal charge will be calculated separately according to the individual case.
Retention of title, place of jurisdiction:
The title of goods will pass to the customer at the point RoAnS receives the full amount of payment, or when the refunds are credited to the company’s account. Place of jurisdiction is the United Kingdom.
Goods in stock will be delivered as fast as possible. The date of delivery is subject to change, unless RoAnS has agreed to deliver on a specific date as a special exception. Custom-made products require a production time of about 3-6 weeks. We reserve the right to deliver the goods in separate consignments in case an article is temporarily out of stock. RoAnS will bear the costs of any additional delivery.
Charges for post and packaging:
The fee is the price of the product.
Liability for faulty goods:
If a purchased article is defective, the customer may request a replacement or for the product to be repaired. If this fails to please the customer and the product shows a significant defect he may withdraw from the contract, abate the price of the good or claim for damages. As long as there is nothing else mentioned below further customer claims (on whatever legal ground) are not valid. RoAnS is only liable for damages which are found on the article itself. RoAnS is in particular not liable for lost profit or any other financial losses of the purchaser. If the company is not liable or only partly liable, the same applies to the liability of employees, representatives and the company’s agents. The limitation of liability mentioned above does not apply if the damage is caused by intention, gross negligence or personal injury. It also does not apply if the customer claims paragraph §§ 1.4 of the Product Liability Act. If RoAnS negligently commits a breach of contract the liability to replace damaged goods is limited to the original damage.
Guarantee, notice of defect:
